About our club
Netherhall Archers
The club was started by David and Anne English who invested their own funds to start the club. We are named after the area in Cambridge rather than the school where we now shoot at during the indoor season.
The club badge is designed from the arrowhead David used to wear on a chain around his neck. The club had eight founding members and shot once a week outside at Netherhall.
Thanks to a National Lottery Grant and many deidcated committee members we now shoot both indoor at Netherhall and outdoors at Hills Road Sixth Form Field with our own equipment. This includes training bows for new archers on our beginners courses and a lending library for more experienced archers.
We are lucky enough to have club coaches who support our members to improve and offer beginner course regularly. They have also been a big part of our Range Returners programme.
We use ManageMyClub to keep our members updated and informed of up coming events and competitions.

We use Golden Records Online to keep all our members scores, handicaps and club records in one place. Members can request access to upload their scores.

Our committee
Our committee is a brilliant bunch who work to keep the club going whilst trying to be active archers themselves!
